Oh buddy, welcome to Springsteen!! I appreciate your assessment, honestly, and I think it's totally fair. I'm more a music guy than lyrics too (although obviously I love his lyrics), but the music on what I consider his top albums - Born to Run, Darkness on the Edge of Town - really pulls me in. I'm fascinated at what you took away as your favs as a newcomer. Rosalita is absolutely a classic, and that "If I Should Fall Behind" live performance is lovely. I actually performed that with my band at a friend's wedding. Great stuff. Thanks for sharing your journey!!

Really want to play Fate of the Fellowship, btw.

Being able to just listen to someone's discography might be the best thing about music streaming (lots of not-so-good things to be sure).

I have not listened to much Bruce yet—I'll check out your playlist. I *have* listened to a lot of Dylan up to the mid-70s, and I think his music is varied enough that you'll find some albums you like. I'm a big fan of "The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan" and "Blood On The Tracks".
